Job summary
We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Revenue Operations Associate to support our growing go-to-market organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational challenges, improving processes, and ensuring our teams have accurate data and efficient systems to drive revenue growth.
You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to maintain CRM data integrity, support reporting and forecasting, improve workflows, and help execute revenue-driving initiatives. If you enjoy combining analytical thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced startup, this role is for you
Key responsibilities
- Own HubSpot data quality: accounts, contacts, deals, and activities stay accurate and current. Dirty data doesn't survive the week.
- Administer and improve HubSpot: workflows, automation, properties, pipelines, lead routing, and account ownership, all configured right and documented.
- Build the dashboards everyone runs on: reporting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, plus forecasting, pipeline, and KPI tracking for leadership.
- Read the numbers, don't just report them: monitor performance metrics and flag trends, gaps, and problems before anyone asks.
- Automate the manual: find repetitive work across the revenue team and eliminate it with workflows, integrations, and AI tools.
- Standardize and document: revenue processes, process guides, and internal training materials, written down and kept current.
- Support comp and forecasting: commission calculations, sales comp reporting, and forecast prep for leadership.
- Run point on revenue tooling: help evaluate, implement, and integrate new tools into the stack.
